What is the difference between the Basic and the Detailed analysis?
The Basic analysis gives you the foundational information about the property — what it is, what it is zoned for, and what is allowed. The Detailed analysis adds development scenarios, permit strategy, risk assessment, and a 30-minute call to walk through it with us.
Do I need a survey to order?
No. A survey is not required, but it helps — if you already have one, upload it with your order and it goes into the review.
Do you analyze properties outside New York City?
No. We work in the five boroughs only. Our expertise is the NYC building code and the Zoning Resolution, and neither applies anywhere else.
What if my property turns out to be outside your scope?
You get a full refund within 48 hours. If we cannot deliver the analysis, we do not keep the money.
Can I upgrade to the Detailed analysis later?
Yes. If you order the Basic analysis and then decide you need the Detailed one, we credit the difference — you never pay for the same review twice.
