These terms cover the services you can buy from MM Code Consulting (MMCC) through this site. They are written in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email us before you order.
What we provide
Consultations. Paid sessions on NYC building code and zoning, in person or virtual. Every consultation is paid; there is no free tier. Prices and durations are listed on the consultations page.
Property analysis reports. A written analysis of a specific property, delivered by email.
- Basic analysis — $49.99. Delivered within 5–7 business days.
- Detailed analysis — $199.99. Delivered within 10–14 business days, and includes a 30-minute call to review the findings.
Where we work
We work on properties in New York City’s five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. We do not take work outside them.
What our reports are, and are not
A consultation or analysis report is an informational review. It is not legal advice, it is not a filing, and it is not an official determination from the Department of Buildings, the Department of City Planning, or any other agency.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place an order or book a consultation. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details.
Refunds
- If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, we refund you within 48 hours.
- If what you submit falls outside the scope of the service, we refund you rather than deliver something that does not answer your question.
- If you buy a basic analysis and then upgrade to a detailed one, the amount you already paid is credited against the difference.
Text messages
If you give us a phone number, you agree we may send you text messages about your booking, your order, or your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows the most recent revision.
